ISGEC Heavy Engineering announced that:1. A Joint Venture Company along with Titan Metal Fabricators Inc., U.S.A. has been incorporated in the name of Isgee Titan Metal Fabricators with a paid-up share capital of Rupees One Crore only.
2. The shareholding pattern of the joint Venture Company is 51:49 between the Company and Titan Metal Fabricators Inc., U.S.A. respectively.
3. The Joint Venture Company will undertake metal fabrication of various types of equipments in metallurgy like Titanium, Tantalum, etc.
