ITC has announced that the Company on 20 March 2014 issued and allotted 72,24,960 ordinary shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 7,22,496 options by optionees under the Company's employee stock option schemes.Consequently, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 795.31 crore divided into 795,31,82,950 ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each.
