Issue price approved is Rs 202.55
The QIP Committee of Directors of ITD Cementation India approved the closure of bid for QIP issue on 29 January 2018. The committee approved issue price of Rs.202.55 after giving discount of up to 5% i.e Rs.10.65 per Equity Share, to the Floor Price of Rs. 213.20 per Equity Share as per the SEBI ICDR Regulations and shareholders' approval vide postal ballot held on December 12, 2017, for the Equity Shares to be issued and allotted to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers in the QIP.
