J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals standalone net profit rises 67.95% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 15.91% to Rs 289.49 crore

Net profit of J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals rose 67.95% to Rs 43.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 25.74 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 15.91% to Rs 289.49 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 249.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 55.30% to Rs 176.39 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 113.58 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 7.88% to Rs 1119.93 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1038.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
