Jain Irrigation Systems consolidated net profit rises 24.05% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 9.88% to Rs 2231.63 crore

Net profit of Jain Irrigation Systems rose 24.05% to Rs 77.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 62.58 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 9.88% to Rs 2231.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2031.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 262.04% to Rs 176.24 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 48.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.08% to Rs 6769.79 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 6322.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
