Jaiprakash Associates consolidated net profit declines 86.18% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 34.18% to Rs 2517.20 crore

Net profit of Jaiprakash Associates declined 86.18% to Rs 425.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 3081.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 34.18% to Rs 2517.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1876.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 661.53 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against net profit of Rs 1095.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 8.95% to Rs 6405.66 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 7035.49 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
