Sales rise 15.85% to Rs 427.61 crore

Net Loss of Jaiprakash Power Ventures reported to Rs 171.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 122.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 15.85% to Rs 427.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 369.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 94.01% to Rs 19.73 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 329.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 21.10% to Rs 2674.77 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 2208.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
