Jindal Poly Films consolidated net profit rises 23.23% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 1.74% to Rs 1799.44 crore

Net profit of Jindal Poly Films rose 23.23% to Rs 79.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 64.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 1.74% to Rs 1799.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1768.74 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 115.49% to Rs 371.13 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 172.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 4.19% to Rs 7220.66 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 7536.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
