Jindal Stainless reports net loss of Rs 179.76 crore in the March 2013 quarter

Net loss of Jindal Stainless reported to Rs 179.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net profit of Rs 18.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 39.95% to Rs 3014.32 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 2153.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net loss reported to Rs 820.82 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against net loss of Rs 103.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 30.40% to Rs 10254.85 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 7863.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
