Jindal Steel & Power consolidated net profit rises 443.32% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 74.56% to Rs 11887.88 crore

Net profit of Jindal Steel & Power rose 443.32% to Rs 2207.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 406.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 74.56% to Rs 11887.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 6810.36 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 4012.20 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 109.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 27.71% to Rs 39026.99 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 30559.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
