JK Lakshmi Cement appoints registrar & share transfer agent

JK Lakshmi Cement has announced that MCS Share Transfer Agent has been appointed as the Company's registrar & share transfer agent (RTA) in place of MCS. The change in RTA shall be effective on completion of requisite formalities and till such time MCS shall continue to be the Company's RTA.
