JK Paper has received reaffirmation in credit ratings from CRISIL as under:

Long term rating (bank loan Rs 2699 crore) - CRISIL AA-/Stable
Non convertible debentures (Rs 595 crore) - CRISIL Aa-/Stable
Fixed deposits (Rs 100 crore) - FAA/ Stable
Commercial paper (Rs 150 crore) - CRISIL A1+
