JM Financial has allotted 55,745 equity shares of the face value of Re.1 under ESOS.

Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 84,12,24,647/- representing 84,12,24,647 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1 each.
