JM Financial allots 59,778 equity shares under ESOP

JM Financial has allotted 59,778 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) each on exercise of stock options.

Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 84,09,28,562/- representing 84,09,28,562 equity shares of the face value of Re. l/- each.
