JM Financial closes QIP issue

Issue prices is Rs 162 per share

JM Financial announced that the Committee of the Board ('the Committee') of the Company at its meeting held 02 February 2018 has passed the resolutions in respect of the following matters relating to the Issue:

(i) Approval for the closure of the Issue on 02 February 2018;

(ii) Approval of the issue price of Rs 162 per Equity Share, including a share premium of Rs 161 which was determined in accordance with the SEBI Regulations;

(iii) Approval of the placement document dated 02 February 2018, in connection with the Issue (the 'Placement Document').
