JSW Steel update on resolution plan for Asian Colour Coated Ispat

JSW Steel announced that the resolution plan submitted by JSW Steel Coated Products (JSWSCPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Steel in respect of the corporate insolvency resolution process of Asian Colour Coated Ispat (ACCIL) (the resolution plan as amended and supplemented, Resolution Plan) has been approved with certain modifications by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (NCLT) on 19 October 2020.
