JTEKT India standalone net profit rises 243.02% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 28.62% to Rs 476.82 crore

Net profit of JTEKT India rose 243.02% to Rs 23.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 6.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 28.62% to Rs 476.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 370.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 55.22% to Rs 12.32 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 27.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 11.80% to Rs 1350.20 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 1530.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
