Kalpataru Power Transmission changes composition of directorate

Kalpataru Power Transmission announced that the board of directors of the company have accepted the resignation of K V Mani as a non executive independent director from the board with effect from 18 January 2014 and appointed him as an additional and independent director with effect from 19 January 2014.
