Kanco Tea & Industries reports standalone net loss of Rs 6.99 crore in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 9.25% to Rs 9.21 crore

Net Loss of Kanco Tea & Industries reported to Rs 6.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net loss of Rs 10.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 9.25% to Rs 9.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 8.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 58.56% to Rs 0.75 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 4.63% to Rs 39.78 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 41.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
