Kansai Nerolac Paints consolidated net profit declines 22.91% in the March 2020 quarter

Sales decline 11.20% to Rs 1072.72 crore

Net profit of Kansai Nerolac Paints declined 22.91% to Rs 67.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 87.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019. Sales declined 11.20% to Rs 1072.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 1208.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019.

For the full year,net profit rose 15.08% to Rs 521.01 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 452.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2019. Sales declined 2.56% to Rs 5250.40 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 5388.47 crore during the previous year ended March 2019.
