Karda Constructions bags project from MSRTC for Rs 3.7 cr

Karda Constructions has entered into contractual construction, wherein the company bids for private and public projects in the field of real estate and infrastructure. The company has already received PWD licence for the same.

The company had recently bagged a project from Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation i.e. Reconstruction of Bus Station with Sub works at Shahapur in Thane Division. The work has commenced for the project from 29 December, 2018.

The project is worth approximately Rs. 3.70 crore, and the same has to be completed within 24 months.

The company in total have secured 4 government contracts, 3 of which are of Goa government and 1 of Maharashtra government with the total aggregate contract amount of Rs. 24.70 crore. The company has also won 2 private sector work contracts worth Rs. 33.48 crore. The forward Integration to contractual construction, enables the company to mitigate the risk of dependency on the cyclical nature of real estate business, and also widens its reach across India with minimal capital requirement.
