Kesar Terminals & Infrastructure announced that Bhautesh Shah has resigned from the post of Company Secretary.The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from the services of the Company from the closing hours of 05 January 2016. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Bhautesh Shah also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
