Kirloskar Oil Engines standalone net profit rises 78.33% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 7.35% to Rs 662.65 crore

Net profit of Kirloskar Oil Engines rose 78.33% to Rs 47.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 26.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 7.35% to Rs 662.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 617.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 1.82% to Rs 140.53 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 143.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 2.20% to Rs 2419.01 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2473.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
