Kitex Garments net profit declines 16.65% in the March 2013 quarter

Sales rise 12.17% to Rs 85.47 crore

Net profit of Kitex Garments declined 16.65% to Rs 7.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 9.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 12.17% to Rs 85.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 76.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit rose 8.33% to Rs 29.38 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 27.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 0.18% to Rs 296.81 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 296.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
