Kolte Patil Developers consolidated net profit rises 4.53% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 5.15% to Rs 159.64 crore

Net profit of Kolte Patil Developers rose 4.53% to Rs 13.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 13.02 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 5.15% to Rs 159.64 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 168.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 29.03% to Rs 65.32 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 92.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 8.40% to Rs 691.60 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 755.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
