Kolte Patil Developers standalone net profit declines 5.60% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 24.12% to Rs 34.76 crore

Net profit of Kolte Patil Developers declined 5.60% to Rs 10.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 11.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 24.12% to Rs 34.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 45.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 5.93% to Rs 43.63 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 46.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 12.08% to Rs 140.92 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 160.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
