Konark Synthetic net profit declines 89.61% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 10.23% to Rs 30.71 crore

Net profit of Konark Synthetic declined 89.61% to Rs 0.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 10.23% to Rs 30.71 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 27.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.20% to Rs 1.09 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 0.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 2.78% to Rs 105.51 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 102.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
