Kothari Petrochemicals standalone net profit rises 18.61% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 8.50% to Rs 63.01 crore

Net profit of Kothari Petrochemicals rose 18.61% to Rs 3.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 3.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 8.50% to Rs 63.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 68.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 18.76% to Rs 9.18 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 11.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 23.78% to Rs 212.00 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 278.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
