KSL and Industries comes under the purview of CIRP

KSL and Industries announced that CIRP has been initiated in respect of the company under the provision of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code by an order of the National Company Law Tribunal dated 06 September 2019. The Board of the company stands suspended and such power vest with Anil Kumar, who has been appointed the Interim Resolution Professional.
