Kumaka Industries accepts resignation of company secretary and compliance officer

Kumaka Industries has announced that Amishkumar Maheschandra Sheth, the Dy. Company Secretary of the Company, tendered his resignation vide letter dated 25 February 2014. The Company relieved him from his responsibilities by effective close of business hours on 28 February 2014. Further, consequent to his resignation as Dy. Company Secretary, Amishkumar Maheschandra Sheth, also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
