Larsen & Toubro announced that the Prospectus filed by L&T Infotech with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai, has been approved on 15 July 2016. The Offer comprises of an offer for sale of 17,500,000 Equity Shares by the Company aggregating to Rs. 12,363.75 million (subject to finalisation of Basis of Allotment and as adjusted for discount of Rs. 10 per Equity Share on the Offer Price to Retail Individual Bidders) at the Offer Price of Rs. 710 per Equity Share.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
