Net profit of Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems declined 91.97% to Rs 0.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 1.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 13.08% to Rs 33.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 38.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 63.32% to Rs 3.80 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 10.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 20.50% to Rs 130.17 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 163.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
