Net loss of Lakshmi Energy & Foods reported to Rs 64.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net profit of Rs 28.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 70.04% to Rs 139.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 467.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 3.49 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net profit of Rs 10.77 crore during the previous year ended September 2012. Sales rose 52.82% to Rs 1849.24 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1210.04 crore during the previous year ended September 2012.
