Lakshmi Machine Works net profit rises 88.42% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 26.00% to Rs 613.21 crore

Net profit of Lakshmi Machine Works rose 88.42% to Rs 53.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 28.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 26.00% to Rs 613.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 486.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 56.36% to Rs 183.69 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 117.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 16.14% to Rs 2165.18 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1864.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
