Lakshmi Machine Works standalone net profit rises 22.01% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 5.08% to Rs 711.96 crore

Net profit of Lakshmi Machine Works rose 22.01% to Rs 68.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 55.97 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 5.08% to Rs 711.96 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 750.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 13.41% to Rs 190.60 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 220.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 11.65% to Rs 2432.26 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 2753.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
