Lakshmi Vilas Bank update on proposed rights issue

Rights issue to open on 12 December 2017 and close on 26 December 2017

The Capital Raising Committee of Lakshmi Vilas Bank at its meeting held on 24 November 2017 has decided the following -

Rights issue to be offered at a price of Rs 122 (including a premium of Rs 112) per share;

The total number of rights equity shares to be issued 6,44,97,155 equity shares.

Issue of equity shares by way of rights issue to eligible shareholders of the Bank for an amount aggregating up to Rs 786.87 crore;

Rights entitlement ratio is fixed at a ratio of 1:3;

Record date for rights issue is 06 December 2017;

Date of opening of rights issue is 12 December 2017;

Date of closing of rights issue is 26 December 2017;

Last date of receiving request for split application forms is 18 December 2017.
