Under bonus issue
Lancor Holdings announced that Bonus Issue Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 June 2015 has allotted 2,02,50,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each as bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to shareholders of the Company who held the shares on the record date of 25 June 2015.Consequent to the above allotment, the issue and paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 8.10 crore dividend into 4.05 crore equity shares of Rs 2 each.
