Net profit of Lokesh Machines declined 81.05% to Rs 0.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 3.06 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 17.07% to Rs 39.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 47.09 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 86.05% to Rs 1.06 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 7.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 14.50% to Rs 139.34 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 162.97 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
