Net profit of Loyal Textile Mills declined 59.30% to Rs 4.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 11.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 24.37% to Rs 260.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 343.90 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 73.25% to Rs 25.97 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 14.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 17.42% to Rs 1099.07 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1330.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
