Madhav Infra Projects has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary - Seabird Exploration (in joint venture with Seabird Exploration Asia Pacific PTE Ltd, Singapore) for extraction of crude petroleum and natural gas, service activities incidental to oil and gas extraction excluding surveying. The company holds 51% stake in Seabird Exploration.
