Magma Fincorp announced that Girish Bhatia ceased to be the Company Secretary (CS) of the Company upon his attaining age of superannuation with effect from close of business hours of 06 September 2014.Kailash Baheti presently designated as Chief Strategy Officer of the Company is appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer for Stock Exchange purpose in addition to his present responsibilities as Chief Strategy Officer with effect from 07 September 2014.
