Magma Fincorp net profit declines 28.91% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 5.90% to Rs 484.14 crore

Net profit of Magma Fincorp declined 28.91% to Rs 30.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 43.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 5.90% to Rs 484.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 457.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 10.40% to Rs 135.57 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 122.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 17.76% to Rs 1846.78 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1568.28 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
