Net profit of Magnum Ventures reported to Rs 23.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against net loss of Rs 6.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales declined 2.44% to Rs 50.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 51.26 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net loss reported to Rs 0.31 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against net loss of Rs 20.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 3.41% to Rs 189.39 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 196.08 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
