Sales decline 56.71% to Rs 101.42 crore

Net loss of Mahindra Lifespace Developers reported to Rs 223.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against net profit of Rs 31.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019. Sales declined 56.71% to Rs 101.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2020 as against Rs 234.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2019.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 193.41 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against net profit of Rs 119.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2019. Sales rose 3.05% to Rs 610.94 crore in the year ended March 2020 as against Rs 592.83 crore during the previous year ended March 2019.
