Mahindra Lifespace Developers standalone net profit declines 0.57% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 16.69% to Rs 109.55 crore

Net profit of Mahindra Lifespace Developers declined 0.57% to Rs 22.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 22.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 16.69% to Rs 109.55 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 131.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 55.21% to Rs 104.49 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 233.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 19.40% to Rs 502.97 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 624.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
