Mahindra & Mahindra net profit rises 0.86% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 4.68% to Rs 10837.89 crore

Net profit of Mahindra & Mahindra rose 0.86% to Rs 896.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 889.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 4.68% to Rs 10837.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 10353.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 12.10% to Rs 3758.35 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 3352.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 0.15% to Rs 39963.36 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 39903.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
