Mahindra & Mahindra standalone net profit rises 6.02% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 14.83% to Rs 10666.43 crore

Net profit of Mahindra & Mahindra rose 6.02% to Rs 583.73 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 550.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 14.83% to Rs 10666.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 9288.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 4.63% to Rs 3167.48 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 3321.11 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 6.61% to Rs 40396.66 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 37891.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
