Maithan Alloys net profit declines 60.33% in the March 2013 quarter

Sales rise 38.30% to Rs 221.05 crore

Net profit of Maithan Alloys declined 60.33% to Rs 2.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 6.63 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 38.30% to Rs 221.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 159.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 7.12% to Rs 43.70 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 47.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 36.78% to Rs 854.71 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 624.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
