Manappuram Finance to raise up to Rs 100 cr via NCD issue

Manappuram Finance announced that the Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 August 2020 approved the Issuance of the Private Placement of Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs.10 Lakhs each for the amount of Rs.50 crore with an option to retain over subscription up to Rs.50 crore aggregating to Rs.100 crore.
