Manappuram Finance update on proposed issue of foreign currency denominated bonds under MTN programme

Manappuram Finance announced that the company is contemplating, subject to market conditions, to undertake the issue of foreign currency denominated bonds (the Issue) under the euro medium term note programme (the MTN Programme) established by the Company pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 November 2019.

The pricing, tenure and other terms of the bonds to be issued pursuant to the Issue will be determined by the Financial Resources and Management Committee (Committee) of the Board of Directors of the Company which meeting shall take place on 03 December 2019 or on a later date subject to market conditions and other considerations and such details shall be intimated to you in due course.
